Gitman Vintage invites you to embrace the colder months in our Autumn/Winter 2019 collection. As always, the best American made shirt and its variations (button-down, western, camp) are central, while the textures of fabric take precedent over print. In general there is not a specific overarching theme, but rather riffs on camouflage, animal print and Japanese anime. Then there’s texture, and lots of it: brushed triple yarns are back, as are our cotton/rayon/wool blends. But new to the mix are: nep brushed twill, cotton tweed and cotton houndstooth check, beefy twill checks, satin regimental stripes, fine wale and foulard inspired printed Italian corduroy. A strong presence of navy, solid showing of olive, hues of khaki and shades of black, round things out color wise.
