Black Brushed Waffle Check

We're all familiar with the enigmatic waffle-knit thermal, but what about a woven waffle fabric? This season, we tasked our Japanese partner mill with creating a woven waffle fabric that looks and feels great during the colder months.

But why woven and not knit? Simply put, knits stretch and wovens don't! Stretching isn't a great thing for shirting, so it was important to avoid that.

Lucky for us, weaving a waffle texture also provides more room to play with style. Multiple yarn colors, a two-step brushing process add tonal dimension, softness, and even more warmth.
