Not your average silk shirt! Opting for a raw, unprocessed silk fiber, our Japanese partner mill created a textural and functional fabric that wears like nothing else in our shirting lineup. Known for its breathability, raw silk is not striped of any organic compounds, and maintains its original irregular size and matte finish. Spun with a bit of cotton, these fibers work together to create an immediately heritage feel.
We were so drawn to this fabric that we opted for its own shirt model, with two flap pockets and a button-free collar. It's old school, it's raw, and it's become a fast favorite at GV headquarters. Good luck finding another fabric quite like this!
