Neckwear
Merging the rugged character of American-woven denim with the refined craftsmanship of our handmade neckwear, this tie represents a true synchrony heritage style. Among the most locally sourced pieces we’ve ever produced, this tie is not only made in North Carolina, its denim was woven there, too.
Yes, this is the same dark denim that we use for our shirts!
Our neckwear workshop in North Carolina, USA specializes in hand-crafted ties, meaning no machinery is used in the entire production process. Our team is armed solely with scissors, needles, thread, and an iron. More than a hundred stitches are used to create the lifeline of the tie, giving it a perfect drape while allowing the fabric to settle with each wear. We've also added a complex hand-crocheted bar tack at the top and bottom of the tie for an added touch of luxury.

Characteristics:
American-made, indigo-dyed, and heavyweight. Our Dark Denim fabric doesn’t have any bells and whistles, it’s just made exactly as denim should be. But unlike denim used for jeans, this is a bit lighter to accommodate the movement and range of motion required for comfortable shirts.
Expect a break-in period that will make this fabric soft and supple. Slight fading will occur over years of wear and washing.
We have worked with our Dark Denim fabric since 2013.
