Merging the rugged character of American-woven denim with the refined craftsmanship of our handmade neckwear, this tie represents a true synchrony heritage style. Unlike our other two denim ties, this style features a Japanese-woven fabric.

Yes, this is the same hickory stripe denim that we use for our shirts!

Our neckwear workshop in North Carolina, USA specializes in hand-crafted ties, meaning no machinery is used in the entire production process. Our team is armed solely with scissors, needles, thread, and an iron. More than a hundred stitches are used to create the lifeline of the tie, giving it a perfect drape while allowing the fabric to settle with each wear. We've also added a complex hand-crocheted bar tack at the top and bottom of the tie for an added touch of luxury.

    Characteristics:

    Just like standard denim, our Hickory Stripe Denim is woven from 100% cotton fibers and uses a twill weave to increase durability. With that said, this fabric’s navy and white striped motif, lighter hand, an looser weave distinguish this fabric into its own category. It’s more casual, pre-broken in, and will function far better on warmer days. For that reason, we consider this fabric perfect for all four seasons.
