Vibrant, warm, and unbelievably soft, this flannel draws inspiration from the family-run mill in India where it was woven. Chennai, formerly known as Madras, is India’s capital of traditional textile manufacturing. The family-owned and operated mill that we partnered with for this fabric has been hand-looming eye-catching fabrics for decades. With a legacy like that, we trusted their experience and asked them to design a winter fabric emblematic of the colorful history of their mill. We couldn’t be more thrilled with the result.

Our goal for this fabric was to create something as eye-catching as it is comfortable. So, in addition to its vibrant hues, our partner mill opted for large gauge yarns and an impressive quadruple brushing process inside and out for softness. Each round of brushing increases both softness and loft, creating a cozier fabric altogether. -
