Our seasonal needle-cord family grows with the addition of the Navy Forest Printed Corduroy. Cut from the same Japanese woven 21-wale corduroy as our seasonal styles, this iteration features a wonderfully complex print of Central New York’s flora and fauna. Flowers, shrubs, raccoons, and the occasional hedgehog all make an appearance in a delightfully illustrative hand. We believe the woodland scene strikes a balance between playful and artful, and can be easily dressed up or down as you’d like. Plus, at 4.7oz, this shirt is perfectly suited for year-round wear.

Our partner mill in Japan has been creating proprietary corduroy for us since 2011. This particular corduroy is woven on vintage looms into a mid-weight 4.7oz hand. Although this weight is comparable to our Cambridge Oxfords, corduroy’s unique construction means this fabric is velvety soft and pliable on day one – no break-in needed. Adding a touch of longevity, we asked our partner mill to use a reactive dye process that bonds pigments to the cotton fibers on the molecular level, ensuring colorfastness that will last a lifetime. -
